Performance Coaching Programs Include:
- Unlimited email/text support.
- Monthly meeting to review progression, answer questions and adjust plan as needed.
- Monthly clinic on various facets of triathlon and other applicable topics.
- Set-up of periodization schedule that targets your goal races and other personal priorities (travel, work schedule, other logistics).
- Daily workouts sent in 2 week blocks via Training Peaks.
- Specific testing of physiological limiters in order to monitor progress and ensure accurate training zones.
- 1-on-1 training and technique improvement sessions.
- Initial run gait video analysis to assess form and footwear.
- Detailed race execution plan, including power, pace, heart rate and fueling.
- Two indoor cycling classes per week during the winter season.
